Services

Jain Electricals has a major clientele based on the facilities provided for repairing, conversion, re-designing and overhauling of the EHV/Power transformers i.e. transformers up to 200MVA, 220kV class. We are fully equipped with testing facilities and plant machineries for the above mentioned voltage class ensuring better performance. We have been repairing transformers of various make such as BHEL,Bharat Bijlee, EMCO, IMP, Siemens, Crompton Greaves etc through MSETCL and MSEDCL. We also offer services related to Off circuit as well as On-load tap changers (OLTC).We are also manufacturing Fan control cubical,remote tab changer control[RTCC].The infrastructure available for the above services is as below:

  • HT Metering Cubical

    We design Industrial Metering Cubicle for 3 phase-4 wire systems using three current and three voltage transformers. The current transformers, voltage transformers and Bus bars are epoxy encapsulated. The primary winding of the AC Potential Transformer is connected in the parallel with a circuit where the voltage of the system is to be measured or controlled. Metering Cubicle has four compartments, provided with internal locking system so as to ensure safety at the user end. The door of metering compartment is provided with non re-settable counter. We offer metering cubicles in various insulation levels that make us stand among the proficient HT Metering Cubicle Suppliers in India. In addition to this, the HT Metering cubicles are certified by national lab i.e. Electrical Research and Development Association (ERDA).
